We perform statutory audits and reviews of financial statements in accordance with International Standards on Auditing and the regulations of the Republic of Serbia, for companies of different sizes and sectors. For members of international groups, we audit reporting packages for consolidation in line with the group auditor’s instructions and the group’s accounting policies. We deliver reports in Serbian and English within the deadlines required for group reporting.

Project audits and expenditure verification are a distinct part of our practice, including donor-funded projects for which reports are prepared to meet the funder’s requirements. We also perform agreed-upon procedures engagements and issue reports of factual findings. These include verifying compliance with contractual obligations arising from direct investments and privatization, where independent confirmation of facts is a condition for exercising contractual rights.

We support companies with the initial and ongoing application of International Financial Reporting Standards. Our work often focuses on areas requiring the greatest judgment: revenue recognition (IFRS 15), leases (IFRS 16), financial instruments (IFRS 9), intangible assets and impairment. Our deliverable is not a general presentation of the standards. It is a documented position applied to your specific transaction, with accounting entries, disclosures and supporting reasoning that your accounting team can put into practice and your auditor can accept.

When a transaction cannot be resolved by consulting a textbook, we prepare expert opinions you can use to make a decision. Examples include intra-group restructurings, business combinations, deferred taxes, equity transactions and other areas where judgment is critical. Each opinion analyzes the relevant standards, considers the alternatives and recommends a clear accounting treatment.

We also prepare consolidated financial statements, whether for parent companies reporting under Serbian regulations or for group reporting. This includes eliminating intra-group transactions, aligning accounting policies and preparing the notes.

We develop and update accounting policies, chart of accounts mappings and internal reporting procedures that comply with IFRS and Serbian regulations while reflecting how your business actually operates. The aim is to make policies a working tool that helps your accounting team and shortens the audit, rather than a formality left on a shelf. Where needed, we also prepare practical guidance for recording common and sensitive transactions.

We prepare transfer pricing studies and documentation in line with Serbian regulations and the arm’s length principle - from functional, asset and risk analyses and benchmarking through to a final report ready for submission with the tax balance sheet. We also support the drafting of agreements between related parties, so that pricing and documentation are aligned from the outset rather than retrospectively.
